Ray Nagin (Brendan Hoffman/Getty Images)
--New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin in the new issue of Details magazine, complaining that "people still criticize the hell out of me" despite the fact that -- unlike N.Y.C. after 9/11 -- his city has only about three-quarters of its people and infrastructure back.

I have the solution for you Mayor Ray Nagin:
Criticize a Palestinian (or Arab), publicly. You will catapult up like a rocket.
Giuliani is what he is, because he declared Yasser Arafat "person non grata" during his visit to NY in 1993. Nothing else, nothing more, in RUDOLPH Giuliani. And now, he's being inserted up, to take over Paterson's NY Governorship!#$%^
Anyways, I'd ask you Mayor Nagin, please, never, never again, pronounce that name--It gives me the chills.
