Obamarama: Today in Future First Family News (Dec. 9, 2008)

(By Bill Ross -- Associated Press)
Michelle Obama paper dolls -- that's what the spate of speculative inaugural fashion stories has devolved into, evidenced by this latest story from Fox News, which basically just photoshops the future first lady into a series of pretty dresses. But hey, finally some solid inaugural fashion news: We now know who's dressing the president-elect on inauguration day -- a Chicago-based suitmaker.
Yet another story about how terrible it is to grow up in the White House, or is it wonderful? Either way, experts tell us it will be much easier for Sasha and Malia than it was for Amy Carter since they'll have each other.
And finally, someone casts a skeptical eye on the Obama puppy story. Mo Rocca blogs that despite what their father claims, we have no evidence that Sasha and Malia actually want a dog. "How do we know this isn't an invention of the new communications office, meant to ingratiate the family with tens of millions of dog owners?"
