Engaged: Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, 31, to supermodel Gisele Bündchen, 28. Sources close to them tell People magazine he proposed Friday in Los Angeles. The couple, dating for two years, recently shot down reports they got engaged at Christmas. First marriage for both, though he has a son by starlet ex Bridget Moynahan.

Divorcing: Amy Winehouse, 25, and husband Blake Fielder-Civil, their reps told reporters. He initiated the action, claiming the Grammy-winning rehab veteran committed adultery. Note: He's spent much of their 20-month marriage in jail for one thing or another.
