Eleanor Holmes Norton on "The Colbert Report"

Norton: "I will make you an honorary citizen of the nation's capital when we get voting rights, and I will ask you to come here to accept the key to the city, sir."

Colbert: "If you can get voting rights, and you can give me the key to Washington, D.C., madam, I will be there!

Norton: "Is that a promise?"

Colbert: "It's a TV promise."
