Pregnant: Nicole Richie, 27, and Joel Madden, 29, are expecting baby No. 2. Madden announced the news Saturday night on the Good Charlotte Web site: "What's better than winning an Oscar?" Daughter Harlow turned 1 last month.

Born: A daughter to Melanie Chisholm, a.k.a. Sporty Spice, Sunday in London. The birth of Scarlet Starr completes the Spice rack: All five members of the British girl group are now moms. First child for Chisholm, 35, and partner Thomas Starr.
