Details: The president's heartthrob speechwriter, 27, has settled into a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment in Dupont Circle. The 90-year-old apartment building recently turned into private residences; the apartment went on the market last fall for $415,000 before Favreau snapped it up two weeks after the election. Nice to see White House staffers living in the city again!
