Michael Phelps isn't out of the woods yet. The South Carolina sheriff who threatened to go after the Olympic gold medalist for smoking pot has arrested eight people -- seven for possession, one for distribution -- according to WIS-TV in Columbia. The station also reports that the sheriff's department has the now notorious bong Phelps was pictured using in November. The department's spokesman would not confirm the arrests and declined to offer any additional information.
