  • Jeremy Piven is claiming victory after an Actors' Equity grievance committee came up with no unanimous decision in the dispute over his sudden departure from Broadway hit "Speed-the-Plow" last year, claiming mercury poisoning from sushi overload. The union, though, said the ruling simply means the producers can take the matter to arbitration.

    The dress simply lovely; however, the First Lady's hair was looking particularly nice, too. Has she tried one of the "local" salons who were hoping for a shot ... she ought to stick with whoever did her hair that night ... absolutely stunning. Claire Tieder
