Val Kilmer at a FedEx Kinko's in Old Town Alexandria on Tuesday afternoon, talking on a cellphone and looking unusually casual for an aspiring politician -- long-sleeved black polo, black pants, a sliver of torso showing in between. Had a rolling suitcase. Witness says the movie star (and possible N.M. guv candidate) was "really cool" and "down to earth." Later, he was seen at the Palm downtown, where he politely held the door open for a female diner. And earlier -- spotted at Bob & Edith's Diner in Arlington.
