-- Congressman and allergist Steve Kagen's advice to Michelle Obama, on what kind of dog would be best for Malia's allergies, our colleague Mary Ann Akers reports. Otherwise, the Wisconsin Democrat says, there is no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog. He added that he means a very short, shed-resistant crew cut -- not the full Telly Savalas.
