Lindsay Lohan is not expected in court today despite an arrest warrant issued Friday by the Beverly Hills Superior Court, reports the Associated Press. Lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said that the warrant -- stemming from Lohan's 2007 DUI and hit-and-run case -- is "a misunderstanding" and that the actress has been complying with the terms of her three-year probation (contrary to a TMZ.com report). It's unclear whether the warrant set off her antics early Saturday morning: After dinner with friends, Lohan, 22, showed up at the home of Jack Nicholson about 1:45 a.m., demanded to be buzzed in, and stayed until a bodyguard picked her up hours later, reports People. She was dropped off at girlfriend Samantha Ronson's house.
