Born: a daughter to Grover and Samah Norquist on April 8 in Alexandria. The president of Americans for Tax Reform and his wife decided to adopt a baby girl from an orphanage in Bethlehem, West Bank, last summer and -- boom, Samah got pregnant. Giselle joins big sis Grace, now 13 months old. Two tax deductions!
