Barking Up a Storm About Bo Obama

Bo at his debut Tuesday. (Bill O'Leary/TWP)

Can there be too many First Puppy stories? Of course not!

  • "I've worked with a lot of dogs and Bo is incredibly bright and sensitive," trainer Dawn Sylvia-Stasiewicz told Us Magazine.

  • "Is the dog a left-winger?" fretted Bill O'Reilly on "The Early Show."

  • Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan weighed in on "Inside Edition": "A sign that Bo is not getting enough proper understanding and exercise is if he starts acting out in different ways, like digging holes, excessive barking, jumping on people, grabbing things and taking things away." Hmm ... sounds like a lot of politicians we know.

Poor Bo. He needs a full-time buddy to play with,to cuddle with and to sleep with. A puppy needs to be smothered with love and attention and to be a part of his 'family'. He is not a piece of furniture or a toy to be put on the shelf when not needed or wanted - and forgotten. An occasional 'sleep over' won't do.
