Los Angeles prosecutors charged Redmond O'Neal, son of Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett, with felony drug possession yesterday. O'Neal, 24, was arrested Sunday when sheriff's deputies allegedly caught him with heroin as he was going into an L.A. County jail to visit an inmate.
