Hey, Isn't That . . . ?

Zach Braff flouting the dress code at Madam's Organ on Monday. The doorman told him about the rule against ball caps, and the "Scrubs" star removed his -- only to put it back on inside. A warning from the doorman, and he removed it ... then reappeared in the back of the bar, hat on. The owner told him that no one is allowed to wear ball caps -- not even former sitcom actors! -- and Braff left huffily. He was here for last night's White House arts event. Hope he removed his ball cap there.
Natalie Portman dining vegetarian at Logan Circle's Posto on Monday night -- arugula salad, ricotta-cauliflower tortelli -- with a few friends. One of the belles of the WHCA dinner, the actress later resurfaced with her gang in a booth at Gibson bar.
Tom Daschle seeming to enjoy the rainy Leonard Cohen concert at Merriweather Post on Monday. Sport coat, no tie.
Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth having a quick meal with a fellow at Popeyes in Old Town Alexandria yesterday. The manager welcomed her with "You're on that TV show!" and the veteran reality diva said no, not anymore.
