Divorcing: Sean Penn, 48, and Robin Wright Penn, 43 -- maybe this time for real. The acting duo filed for divorce in December 2007 but called it off a few months later; now he's filing, citing irreconcilable differences. Married for 13 years, together for 19, they have two kids. Went to the Oscars together this year, but he didn't thank her in his Best Actor acceptance speech.
