Michael Shannon, breakout supporting actor of "Revolutionary Road" (got an Oscar nod as Kate and Leo's super-creepy neighbor), pushing his daughter in a stroller around the Capitol on Monday night. A passing jogger did a double take, shouted, "Hey, 'Revolutionary Road'! Great job, man!" And the Kentucky native drawled, "Thanks!" Turns out babymama Kate Arrington is in rehearsals as Regan in Shakespeare Theatre's upcoming "King Lear."
