Michelle, Malia and Sasha Obama at Beyoncé's concert at Verizon Center last night. The First Fans streamed in with pals visiting from Chicago and members of the first lady's staff. Before singing "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)," Beyoncé gave a shout-out: "This is for Sasha and Malia -- and all my single ladies."
Reese and Jake -- we can call them that now, can't we? -- watching the Nats game from a far corner of the bar at Potenza on Tuesday evening, sitting close, drinking rosé, eating the Margherita pizza. Black T-shirt, khaki shorts on her; brown T-shirt, army-green shorts, Nats hat for him. And then they bought half a case at the downtown eatery's adjoining wine shop. Last night, Jake watched the Nats in person, seated behind home plate; this time, though, he was Reese-less.
Mike Bloomberg and David Gregory lunching together in a back booth at The Palm downtown yesterday; the NYC mayor traveling with a ton of security, as usual.
