Born: a daughter, Rhen, to C-SPAN's Greta Brawner and husband Billy, at Sibley Memorial Hospital on Wednesday -- 6 pounds 13 ounces, 20 inches. First child. The producer and host of "Washington Journal" was named a "Woman We Love" by Esquire a couple of years ago.
