Ginnifer Goodwin lingering over iced tea and business at Teaism in Penn Quarter on Sunday night. The "Big Love" actress (skinny jeans, cute top, hair shorter than usual) and actor-boyfriend Joey Kern huddled over papers and studied her BlackBerry. Just drank iced tea. Was in town for a Humane Society rally on Capitol Hill.

Rahm Emanuel on an ice cream run to Something Sweet on Sunday night. The doting dad took his three kids out for dessert at the newly opened shop in Cleveland Park. Sat at an outdoor table; ate chocolate ice cream and chocolate yogurt.
