-- Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, personalizing the band's bouncy anti-fascist-tirade hit, "Holiday," for a Verizon Center audience Wednesday night (original lyric: "The representative from California has the floor"), apparently not realizing that, well, D.C. doesn't have a representative. Just a delegate. Non-voting. He also shouted, "Washington, D.C.!!!" a couple dozen times.
