Michael Steele made good on his promise: The Republican National Committee sent us pictures of his Ford Explorer with D.C. "Taxation Without Representation" license plates, which went on early last week. The RNC chairman pledged to put on the protest tags last month after voting-rights advocate Mark Plotkin badgered Steele on his weekly radio show; then Steele challenged Barack Obama to put the plates on his presidential limo -- but it doesn't look like that's happening anytime soon. Ball's in your court, Democrats.
