Lindsay Lohan's budding career as a chemist-entrepreneur has been struck a blow with a lawsuit from a woman who claims the sun-kissed starlet stole her formula for a fake-tan spray. Jennifer Sunday filed suit in Tampa federal court against Lohan and business partner Lorit Simon, who recently launched their new product Sevin Nyne, reports the St. Petersburg Times. Sunday's suit claims theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy and other charges.

What's Alberto Gonzales up to these days, you ask? The former attorney general has signed on with Texas Tech University as a visiting professor of poli sci, the Austin American-Statesman reports. He'll teach a seminar on contemporary issues in the executive branch and help plan a leadership training program for first-generation and minority students.
