Read This: Novak Tributes, Comic Proposals
Reliable Source is taking a two-week break and returns Sept. 1. In the meantime, Names & Faces will keep up with celebrity news, and we'll post here daily with some other things Amy and Roxanne think you'd enjoy. Tips? Sightings? As always, send 'em to reliablesource@washpost.com.

In 1958, Robert Novak was a staff reporter for the AP. Here, he talks on the phone in the Senate Press Gallery. (AP Photo/Henry Griffin)
Good afternoon, everyone. First off, can we talk about how great this vintage Robert Novak photo is? (More photos from the vault here.)
Novak, 78, died yesterday of brain cancer, and Howard Kurtz talks about What It All Means in today's Style section. (Another Novak tribute of note comes from the Post's David Broder, who's been around long enough to recall Novak's early days.)
In today's Names & Faces: Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn might actually really be getting divorced this time (that's right, this would be the third time they've filed the paperwork). Vanessa Hudgens' engagement to Zac Efron: Totally didn't happen. And Celine Dion is expecting baby number two.
Elsewhere in Style: Michael Cavna reports on big wedding news -- in the comics world, that is. Archie's proposing to Veronica. Peter Marks beseeches you to check out Signature Theatre's "Dirty Blonde," a Mae West send-up. And Christina Talcott offers tips for seeing Baltimore by foot.
