Kwame Jackson styling Friday at Station 9 on U Street. The former "Apprentice" contestant, in D.C. for a national meeting of his Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, was talking up his Krimson by Kwame ties, inspired by the fraternity's red and cream colors. Jackson said he decided to go into the tie business because fans admired his neckwear on the show.

Hal Sparks chowing down at Hank's Oyster Bar in Dupont Circle on Friday. The actor-comedian (black and white T-shirt) arrived with one pal; they ate beaver tail oysters, Caesar salad, ceviche, tuna, onion rings, collard greens and (whew!) mac and cheese.
