After headlining the Hispanic Caucus gala Wednesday night at the convention center, Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez retreated to more intimate surroundings to celebrate his 41st birthday: P.O.V., the rooftop lounge of the newly opened W Hotel (used to be Hotel Washington). Among those who made the cut: Rep. Linda Sanchez, Joe Robert and UAE Ambassador Yousef Al Otaiba. A five-tier chocolate cake with gold art-deco accents (by Bethesda's Fancy Cakes by Leslie) was wheeled out at 11:30, but the party continued until 2 a.m.
