Meghan McCain (Richard A. Lipski/The Washington Post)

"sometimes I wonder if Edward R. Murrow, Walter Chronkite + Peter Jennings are just rolling over in their graves at the state of todays media"

-- Meghan McCain, contributing author for the Daily Beast and next week's guest host on "The View," in a Twitter post last week. Don't know that Chronkite guy, but do wish we could ask Cronkite for his thoughts.

Haha! Oh my God that picture of Meghan McCain trying to look sexy is very funny. Love the misspelling of Uncle Walter's last name. So typical of McIdiot. She's scary stupid.

Hey look a Republican made a comment so let's call her names! And she misspelled a word....on Twitter! So she must really be stupid.

Who cares? It's Twitter!!

Have you ever actually listened to McCain speak or read her columns? She actually has more common sense than many on the right these days.

exactly right, rambleon! Meghan is the kind of Republican I wish there were more of, realistic about the state of the party and the country. It's young GOPers like her, not the head of the young republicans that are going to make the party sane again. I'm definitely not a republican but she has been pretty realistic with her columns and yacks.
