Stevie Wonder at the Whole Foods on P Street, of all places, going through the checkout on the arm of a friend Tuesday. Black head wrap with braids tumbling out, wraparound shades, black leather jacket. Mobbed by shoppers and staff asking for autographs, so we don't know what he was buying.
