Indeed, Chairman Steele: 'What Up?'

Republican National Committee chair Michael Steele tried to liven up his new blog with a street cred title -- "What Up?" -- but the ill-fated experiment lasted less than 24 hours. The GOP launched its redesigned web site Tuesday; by Wednesday, the blog's name had become "Change the Game," with no explanation for the switch.

What up with that, RNC? In February, Steele promised an "off the hook" outreach to "urban-suburban hip-hop" settings: "We need to uptick our image with everyone, including one-armed midgets," he said.

Reps for the RNC didn't return our call.
