Expecting: Hip-hop chanteuse Christina Milian, 28, and super-producer The-Dream, 27, she confirmed to People this weekend, less than a month after they married in Vegas and three months after they got engaged -- breaking the record for scoring the most "Love, Etc." categories in the shortest period of time. (He's also involved in the conception of her new album, but that's another story.)
