Carrie Prejean (Eric Jamison/Associated Press)
Miss California USA officials have sued fired beauty queen Carrie Prejean to recoup the $5,200 they say she borrowed for her boob job. It's part of their counterclaim to her lawsuit, in which she accused the pageant of libel, slander, religious discrimination and allegedly violating her privacy by telling the world her breasts were fake. Nuh-uh, say Miss Cali folks in their filing: The surgery "ceased being private during the swimsuit competition ... in which Ms. Prejean walked the stage in a bikini." Oh, snap. Her lawyer told CNN the pageant filing was part of an "ongoing smear campaign."
