Nicolas Cage -- having apparently learned nothing from fellow action hero Wesley Snipes -- is facing a battle with the IRS over a steadily mounting tax bill: a total of $6,617,550.84 in unpaid back taxes since 2002, according to the latest figures compiled by TMZ. That includes a $6.2 million lien on his properties just for 2007 alone, the year he made a reported $20 million for "National Treasure: Book of Secrets." Cage, whose reps are non-commenting, recently sold his German castle, is unloading homes in California, Las Vegas and New Orleans. (Snipes, you'll recall, was sentenced to three years on tax evasion charges; he's still out pending appeal.)
