"What Up?," the name of Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele's new blog, lasted less than 24 hours. "What Up?" was introduced Tuesday when the GOP launched its redesigned Web site; by Wednesday, the blog's title had been replaced with "Change the Game." What up with that, RNC? Steele keeps trying for street cred: In February, he promised an "off-the-hook" outreach to "urban-suburban hip-hop" settings: "We need to uptick our image with everyone, including one-armed midgets." Reps for the RNC didn't return our call.
Busted! Maria Shriver was spotted using her cellphone while driving, a big no-no in California. Gossip site TMZ filmed the state's first lady violating the law signed last year by husband Arnold Schwarzenegger. The governator Twittered Tuesday: "Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There's going to be swift action."
