And ... they're out! Brooke Hundley, the ESPN production assistant who had an affair with baseball analyst Steve Phillips, has been fired, a spokesman said Monday. Phillips was terminated from the sports network Sunday; he's entered an inpatient treatment facility "to address his personal issues."
