Forget Johnny Depp. Who's D.C.'s sexiest man?

Johnny Depp (Peter Kramer/Associated Press)

Boo! Once again, People magazine has passed over the U.S. capital's incredible man-flesh in choosing its "Sexiest Man Alive." (Have you seen the chest of Rep. Jeff Flake? Aren't there enough shirtless photos of President Obama floating around?) This year's cover boy: Yet another movie star, Johnny Depp. Didn't they pick him before? Yes, and that, People explains, is why the choice is newsworthy: Both George Clooney and Brad Pitt were also twice-honored, "but not in the same decade"; Depp, who also got tapped in '03, "has the unique distinction of sharing that title alone." Boo.
