The Bush twins back together in D.C. society Halloween night after too long an absence. Jenna and Barbara hosted a fundraiser for UNICEF's Next Generation at the Rookery on Saturday -- strict guest list, costumes required, tickets sold out early. Both sisters dressed as cats (like Michelle Obama!), while Jenna's husband, Henry Hager, went as Zorro, and Barbara's date went as a Frenchman. (Wait, who? No one got his name.)
