Hey, isn't that...
Cate Blanchett at Aladdin's Lamp children's bookstore in Arlington, carrying one kid while chasing another, who was browsing every book in the place on Wednesday. Skinny jeans, black-and-white coat, huge gray leather purse, ponytail, no makeup.
The Broken Lizard guys (stars of cult movie "Super Troopers," brains behind "The Dukes of Hazzard" remake) at Ireland's Four Provinces pub in Cleveland Park, getting into a beer-chugging contest with three fans. Also hosted a trivia contest. All wore tracksuits -- nice. In town promoting a new movie, of course.
Rick Warren of Saddleback Church getting coffee at a Starbucks at 12th and H NW. Sports coat, shopping bag. The superstar minister-author tweeted that he's in town "serving young radical pastors."
