Levi Johnston says he'll sue for joint custody

Relations between Levi Johnston and Sarah Palin's family just got colder. Johnston, 19, says he's suing for joint custody of his 10-month-old son, Tripp, with former fiancee Bristol because her family is restricting his access to the baby.

"It's not working. I'm done" he told the Insider. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."

Busy year for the Alaskan hunk: Engaged to Bristol a year ago, broke up in March, began an ongoing feud with the former governor, posing for Playgirl, and now threatening to sue at the end of the month. This isn't the first time: In April, he told Tyra Banks he was considering a lawsuit because the Palins didn't let him to take the baby out of the house.

Johnston's attorney did not return calls for comment.

How will Sarah Palin spin this? I know, her close advisor Orly Taitz will discover a Kenyan birth certificate for Levi. He's not an American citizen, so he can't have custody.

Palin/Taitz 2012! Because the truth is out there.

OK - So I don't like anything that Sarah Palin stands for - whatever that means. But... this kid needs a life. Your five minutes of being the future son-in-law of the U.S. Vice President is over. Go do a reality show or something. I'm sure that there's a reality show producer that would hire you in a minute.

Good for him.

I wouldn't let him take the kid out of the house, either.

Since when did a 19-year-old baby daddy actually want joint custody?

This useless waste of protoplasm spends all of his time on the road being a propaganda stage prop for the anti-Palin forces of the MSM (Marxist-Sympathizing Media). Does anyone really believe that he gives a toss about the baby. If he had an ounce of decency, he would man up, get off the MSM dole, return to Alaska and GET a JOB. Then maybe he can talk about visiting the baby that he wanted aborted.

Gotta love those family values....

He should be grateful that he has a sitter. This way he is free to escort Kathy Griffin (twenty-nine years his senior) around Hollywood. Class follows class...

I'll bet she would pay him for, ummm, services rendered?
