  • Navy Secretary Ray Mabus will appear on the hit CBS drama "NCIS," the network announced Monday. The former real-life sailor plays an investigator on the show that will air Nov. 24. In his first visit to the "NCIS" set, he filmed the cameo (just a few lines) two weeks ago in L.A. between speeches in California.

  • Darn those sex tapes! Jennifer Lopez is suing ex-husband Ojani Noa for $10 million to stop a tell-all movie about their marriage. Lopez claims former waiter Noa, whom she left less than a year after their 1997 wedding, has been shopping a movie that includes explicit video of their honeymoon.

  • Comedian Katt Williams was arrested Sunday night in suburban Atlanta after allegedly breaking into a home and stealing $3,555 in jewelry and coins. Williams, 38, was charged with burglary and criminal trespassing.
