Details: The Washington native and University of Maryland football star, now a linebacker for the San Diego Chargers, is selling his 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo in Columbia Heights. Merriman bought the entire Victorian rowhouse in 2006 and sold off a chunk of it as a condo. Now he's giving up his own apartment in the building because he's making fewer trips back to D.C.; when he does, he stays with family or at hotels because he loves room service.

261/27th's bathrooms works out to 9.666666667 bathrooms. And only two bedrooms. Merriman needs to change his diet. Wow.
