This just in: Oprah Winfrey donates to Ron Clark Academy; Jennifer Garner's alleged stalker charged

Oprah Winfrey has given $1.5.million to a private middle school in Atlanta. The Ron Clark Academy, which had struggled to meet its operating budget this year, serves one of the city's poorer neighborhoods -- but you probably know it better for the adorable 2008 viral video of its students singing "You Can Vote However You Like."

A man arrested this week outside a school attended by the toddler daughter of Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck was charged Thursday with two counts felony stalking. Los Angeles prosecutors also charged Steven Burky, 37, with violating a restraining order that Garner was granted against him last year.
