Peter Orszag (Andrew Harrer/Bloomberg)

  • Cutbacks! Budget chief Peter Orszag celebrated his 41st birthday Wednesday with cake -- but no icing. • Sen. Chuck Schumer apologized Wednesday for insulting a flight attendant Sunday on a shuttle from New York to D.C.
