Peter Orszag popped the question to Bianna Golodryga over lunch on Monday, just 10 days after we noted that they're an item! Things moved fast for the OMB director, 41, and the ABC correspondent, 31 who met in May at the White House Correspondent's dinner and were seen together in Washington as a couple this fall at the Meridian Ball, Kennedy Center Honors, and the White House Hannukah party.
