Actually, Carlos Allen said 'actual' a lot on 'GMA'

Carlos Allen's got swagger -- and a noticeable verbal tic. Whether it was nerves, habit or lack of TV prep, we counted 29 instances of "actual" or "actually" in Allen's 10-minute chat with Robin Roberts, ranging from perfectly reasonable -- "The actual invite I received, the Secret Service took from me" -- to enormously distracting:

"I received an actual invite in the mail and I went to the White House, to actually be, uh, to be an actual guest at the actual state dinner."

"I went to the actual bathroom."

"I went up to the actual Secret Service individual."

"He wanded me, checked me to make sure that I had nothing wrong, nothing that was actually going to affect anyone ... and I basically walked with everyone else and got in the actual van."

"I walked into the Secret Service office without an actual attorney."
