Hey, isn't that: D.C. Council members dine at La Perla


  • Vincent Gray, Marion Barry, Michael Brown, Harry Thomas Jr. and Yvette Alexander at La Perla restaurant Saturday night. The D.C. Council members, known as the anti-Adrian Fenty faction, were huddled in the Italian restaurant's private room to celebrate the birthday of friend Jeanne Clarke Harris, not plan a coup d'etat.
