Love, etc.: Michelle Rhee and Kevin Johnson set a wedding date

Kevin Johnson gives D.C. Schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee a hug after testifying on her behalf at her confirmation hearing in July 2007. (Dayna Smith for the Washington Post)
Setting a date: Michelle Rhee and Kevin Johnson, who will marry Sept. 4. The D.C. school chancellor and Sacramento mayor picked Labor Day weekend for their nuptials, but haven't decided where to tie the knot. Friends will undoubtedly weigh in Friday night at an engagement party hosted by David and Katherine Bradley and Ron and Beth Dozoretz.

Yuch, makes my skin crawl!
More importantly, Katherine Bradley is co-hosting parties with Beth Dozoretz? What is she thinking? That is like Brook Astor co-hosting parties with Leona Helmsley, or Brook Shields co-hosting with Tiley Tequila!

I expect not to be invited to these marvelous events because I know neither of them. They have no idea who I am.
