Cybill Shepherd's son was arrested early Tuesday after stealing from sleeping passengers on a cross-country flight from San Francisco to Philadelphia. Philly police arrested Cyrus Shepherd-Oppenheim, 22, after witnesses identified him as the man who rifled through carry-on luggage and took cash, a digital camera, a makeup case and a small travel bag.
Food Network's "Iron Chef" featuring White House produce used stunt-double veggies, reports Politics Daily. The Jan. 3 show, with a special appearance by Michelle Obama, pitted White House executive chef Cristeta Comerford and celebrity chef Bobby Flay against Mario Batali and Emeril Lagasse -- ostensibly using vegetables from the first lady's garden. But the produce picked in late October was donated to a food kitchen because the show was filmed the following week in N.Y.C. with similar, local vegetables; the only food used from the White House was its honey.
