Rue McClanahan, 75, is recovering from a minor stroke, her rep told E! Online. Doctors removed a blood clot from the brain of the former star of "Golden Girls" while she was recovering from heart bypass surgery in November; speech and movement on her right side were affected. She's in physical therapy and should be out of the hospital by the end of the month.
Michael C. Hall, 38, has cancer, but his course of treatment is almost over and the disease is in remission, the "Dexter" actor announced Wednesday. In a statement to People magazine, Hall said he has Hodgkin's lymphoma; his Showtime series will continue as planned.
