Sen. Scott Brown hanging with Taylor Hicks at the National Theatre on Tuesday night. The new senator braved the snow to take wife Gail Huff to opening night of "Grease" for her birthday. Hicks stars as Teen Angel in the show; competed with Brown's daughter Ayla on "American Idol."

Smokey Robinson in the lobby of the W Hotel following Tuesday's concert at the White House to celebrate the civil rights movement. Held court in a corner with friends; lots of champagne and hors d'oeuvres.
