-- Joe Biden in a bit of casual chitchat during a break in Thursday's health-care summit caught on a live C-SPAN mike. Agreed heartily when whomever he was talking to added, "It's like being the grandpa and not the parent." His rep told Politico the veep was "obviously joking."
